What we offer

Our team deliver foundation and extension works all over Adelaide offering the whole package from site benching to excavation of trenches, steelwork and concrete pouring. Residential and commercial homes/buildings start from a quality foundation.

Using the plans for the specific project we cater for the exact needs that are wanted and execute accordingly, all works are in-house within Luciano Concrete. Excavation and Bobcat works are delivered with Robbie operating the excavator and father Mario on the Bobcat to cut and address the site accordingly. Steel work and concrete pouring is all done in-house ensuring quality results.

Luciano Concrete’s team of efficient and competent concreters are used by some of Adelaide’s most renowned local builders who can rely on our team to deliver a quality foundation to support their building so that its built to last. Whether you are a builder or owner-builder, you’ll get the same treatment and service from our team at Luciano Concrete. Our quotes are all calculated off the architectural and engineering plans that you’ve acquired for your new foundation or extension. This ensure the quote is suited to the specific needs.

Pricing

  • Ask us for a free quote via email or in-person Typically our clients will send us their architectural plans and engineering plans via email if the job is for a new build. However if you don't have one, feel free to discuss your needs with us.
  • We create a quote for you Our pricing is calculated from a variety of ways including location of job, access we have whether that includes a concrete pump or if wheelbarrows are required in order to place the concrete where the job is required.
  • Receive our quote If you send us your site plans and master plans, we can typically come back to you with a quote within 1-3 days without you having to step foot onsite.
  • Agreement and onsite visit Once you as the customer is happy with the quote, an onsite visit will be scheduled in to confirm the measurements and soil amounts needed to be removed for your new driveway and path construction.
  • Start and pay throughout We work off of deposit and progress payments to ensure our company and the client are both safe.

  • How is my foundation priced?
    Foundations are pricing according to the job location, the depth and width of the external and internal beams, the square metres of the slab, steel work and the amount of concrete needed for the job.
  • What do you need to price my foundation/extension?
    We will need the Site and Master plans, a copy of the updated engineering and architectural drawings
  • What is involved within the process of my foundation?
    We carry out all works on the foundation from site cuts and benching of the site to installing plastic and steel to pouring and finishing of the concrete.
